Camp Cornerstone is designed especially
for middle school students. A team of Youth
Ministers has come together to provide this
spiritual growth experience for 6-8th graders.
Camp Cornerstone takes place on the
campus of Oklahoma Christian University in Oklahoma
City, Oklahoma.

Housing
Campers will be housed in air-conditioned dorm
rooms. Students will sleep on dorm beds, mattresses
or foam pads. Some mattresses will not be in bed
frames.
Counselors
A team of great college students and adult
counselors is being assembled to work closely with
students throughout the camp week.
Cost
$220 registration fee per
student. SAVE $25 by registering
early!
Early
Bird Registration Fee is $195.00 if postmarked by
May 11, 2010
This cost includes housing, meals,
t-shirt and activities. Students may purchase items
from the snack center and vending machines at
scheduled times.
A KEY DEPOSIT of $20 cash is required at check-in.
Key deposits will be returned upon receipt of key at
check-out on Friday.
Registration
Cornerstone is designed for those who have completed
the 6th-8th grades in the 2009-10 school year.

Roommate Requests
Students registering as
individuals should fill in the roommate request
form. Roommates are not guaranteed. Students
registering with a group will be assigned roommates
from a housing form turned in by their youth
minister.
Check-In
Sunday, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. in
the University Center. All check-in must be
completed by 5:00 p.m. No early arrivals. It is very
important that all students are checked in before
5:00 p.m.
Check-Out
Friday, at 10:00 a.m. Parents,
please be on campus by 10:00 a.m. to check out your
students. Campus must be cleared by 11:00 a.m.
Dress & Conduct
Students are expected to dress
and conduct themselves in appropriate manners.
Modest clothing must be worn at all times.
Students are expected to comply with all camp rules
and guidelines. Failure to comply with rules and
guidelines is grounds for immediate dismissal from
camp. No refunds or credits will be given for
dismissal.
Closed Camp
To enhance the camper’s
experience we do not allow checking in and out of
camp. Students cannot be checked out for visits,
sports events, etc. When registering, please plan on
staying for the full session of camp. Students who
check out early will not be allowed to return to
camp during this session.
Camp Guidelines
Please Read
Carefully!
1. The use of
tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs in any form is
strictly forbidden. Proper authorities will be
called if illegal substances are discovered
2. Portable electronic devices including cell
phones, CD, MP3 players, DVD players, Laptops, etc.
are not allowed. Please leave your cell phone
at home!
3. No weapons, pocket knives, fireworks are allowed
on campus
4. Students must
use sidewalks while moving from building to
building.
5. Modest clothing
should be worn at all times. T-shirts with
inappropriate sayings,No short shorts,
mini-skirts, halter tops, or mid-drifts.
6. All students must remain on campus during the
camp week. Students may NOT check in and out
7. Camp is closed
and outside visitors must check-in and out. Visitors
must be over 18 years of age or accompany an adult.
Parents and visitors are not allowed in dorm
residence areas after check-in closes.
8. Students cannot drive cars on or around campus
during the camp week. Cars must be parked for the
week in a designated parking area and marked with a
CampOC Parking permit. Groups are encouraged to
arrive on campus together.
9. Food fights and food games are prohibited in the
campus cafeteria
10. Students are
expected to conduct themselves in a courteous manner
while in contact with others
11. Students are to show respect for counselors,
staff, and workers.
12. All illness or injury must be immediately
reported to the camp nurse’ office.
Failure to comply
with camp guidelines may result in immediate
dismissal from camp without refund.
Consent Form
No student
application can be processed without a parent or
legal guardian signing the consent document on the
student application form. Any special medical
conditions and or medications must be attached to
this form. A student will not be admitted to camp
unless a release form is signed by his/her parent or
guardian. This release form will allow emergency
medical treatment to be sought and administered for
your child. It also gives us permission to transport
your child to any scheduled off campus activities
(within a few miles of campus) and allows us to use
photographs (students never named) for promotional
purposes.
Special Activity Clothing
OC will host a
giant water slide. Students must dress in modest
attire. Students should bring old clothing to
participate in this optional event.
